A Warm Welcome
When you come to visit we will greet you warmly. We have Bibles available for visitors on a table at the back of the sanctuary so you can follow along with our Bible study or our worship service. We encourage you to bring your own Bible.
A Church for All Ages
If you visit us on a Sunday morning, you will notice we are a young congregation--there are lots of kids and we have children’s church (K-5) and nursery designed for them to have a great morning while you worship. During the week, our adult and youth classes are led by excellent communicators who know how to apply the Bible to life.
We Sing
You will notice we sing several songs during our worship to God. We have the words printed to help you on the video monitor and the main screen. Our song leaders lead with gusto. You can sing if you want or simply listen.
We Pray
We offer prayers to God for His guidance and care. We pray for God's comfort and healing of the sick, we pray for those in travel, we pray for our nation's leaders, and we pray we can be pleasing to God. Our prayers are heartfelt! If you have a prayer request you can offer it during the service, write it on a piece of paper and put it in the offering box or hand it to one elders. We will remember it in prayer at our mid-week prayer meeting.
We Remember Jesus' Death through Communion
Occasionally on Sundays throughout the year, we partake of the Lord's Supper in a solemn way by considering Jesus' death on the cross for us. When the Lord's Supper is offered you may come forward and partake if you like, or, if you'd rather not, that's okay too.
We Contribute
We have an offering box in the back of the sanctuary by the door, but we do not expect our visitors to contribute! After all, you are visiting. You should not contribute to our work until such time as you feel you can do so in good conscience.
We Hear a Lesson
You will notice our Bible lessons are really based on the Bible! We provide insight into God's Word and you will find the lessons helpful in your efforts to be pleasing to God. We promise you will learn a lot and you will feel strengthened by the message preached.
